Events / NewsMidweek Lenten Worship Theme - "Cross Pieces" Starting Wednesdays at 7:00 P.M. February 17th through March 24th
We will continue what we started last year during Lent, focusing on the individual pieces of Christ's passion that help us remember and proclaim the gospel. Last year we focused our attention on Luke's gospel and these pieces - the Cross, 30 pieces of silver, the purple robe, the crown of thorns, the dice and the nails. This year we focus on Matthew's gospel- the Cross and the nails will again begin and end our Lenten journey and these services will take place in our sanctuary. While our focus on the Sword, the Rooster, the Towel and the Sponge will take place in oour fellowship center. Pre-service Lenten meals will be served every week except on Ash Wednesday February 17th. Wooden crosses will be available.
Annual Lenten Fish Fry
Join us every Friday February 19th through March 26th starting at 5:30 P.M. Fish will be served with choice of baked potato or french fries, cole slaw, rolls and dessert.
The Feinstein Foundation Challenge
All donations or pledges received from March 1st through April 30th count towards this challenge. The Feinstein Foundation will divide 1 Million dollars proportionately among all anti-hunger agencies participation. Please Help and Donate to our Food Pantry.
