Sr. High Mission Trip

Robins Nest Orphanage, Montegho Bay Jamaica
Robin's Nest Children's home was started in 1998 by Michelle Robinette and is a place of healing. Many of the children at Robin's Nest have experienced malnourishment, neglect and abuse, as result their development may be slowed or stopped. They may also have problems learning and managing their emothions and behavior. Past maltreatment changes a child's fundamental beliefs about him or herself. The mission of Robin's Nest is to provide a murturing, loving safe, Christ-centered atmosphere in which all children will grow at their own speed, physically, mentally and spiritually. So they may develop their own individual gifts, talents and abilities and become the person who God intended.
What we Do? - Help meet the needs of the children, working on the daily chores at the nest and possibly a work project. There next big projects are remodeling their kitchen and adding rooms to the main house.
Where? 21 km south and east of Montego Bay, Jamaica. The house is in a rural location.
Cost? The total cost of the trip is around $800.00 per person, half of this cost we will raise. Each p;erson can contribute $400.00 to their attendance on the trip. We of course have other arrangements if the cost of the trip could keep you from going, please speak with Pastor Jason.
